3. Services
OC Janitorial provides commercial cleaning services to business clients only. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal provided prior to commencement of work. Services include but are not limited to:
- Commercial office cleaning
- Janitorial maintenance services
- Medical and dental facility cleaning
- Floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing
- Disinfection and electrostatic spraying services
- Gym and fitness facility cleaning
- Eco-friendly commercial cleaning
Service scope, frequency, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to each engagement.
4. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our website, phone, or in-person walkthrough are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in a written service agreement signed by both parties. Pricing may vary based on facility size, cleaning frequency, scope of work, and specific client requirements.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
OC Janitorial stands behind the quality of every clean. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to services completed under an active service agreement and does not constitute a refund policy.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the individual service agreement. OC Janitorial reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice when possible.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the facility at the agreed service time
- Secure or remove sensitive documents, valuables, and fragile items prior to service
- Notify OC Janitorial of any known hazards, restricted areas, or special instructions in advance
- Ensure the facility is accessible and that parking is available for our team
OC Janitorial is not responsible for pre-existing damage, inaccessible areas, or delays caused by lack of access.
8. Liability Limitation
OC Janitorial carries general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. In the event of damage caused by our team during service, clients must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the completed service. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item up to the limits of our insurance policy.
OC Janitorial is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or equipment
- Damage caused by client-provided cleaning products or materials
- Loss of business income or indirect damages of any kind
- Events outside our reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, or facility access issues
9. Medical Facility Compliance
For healthcare facility clients, OC Janitorial follows OSHA guidelines, CDC disinfection protocols, and the Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030). Clients are responsible for notifying OC Janitorial of any specific compliance requirements unique to their facility prior to the commencement of services.
