1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website ocjanitorialca.com, requesting a quote, booking a service, or engaging OC Janitorial for commercial cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
OC Janitorial provides professional commercial cleaning services for offices, medical and dental facilities, gyms, retail stores, and commercial properties across Orange County, California. All services are commercial only. We do not provide residential cleaning services.

- Post-construction cleaning

3. Quote Requests and Bookings
Submitting a quote request or booking form on our website does not constitute a confirmed service agreement. All service requests are subject to availability and review by OC Janitorial. A service agreement is only confirmed when both parties have agreed to the scope, schedule, and pricing in writing. We will respond to all quote requests within 24 hours of submission.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
OC Janitorial stands behind the quality of every clean. If any area of your facility does not meet the agreed cleaning standard after our visit, we will return within 24 hours and re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. If you remain unsatisfied after the re-clean, you will not be charged for that visit. This guarantee applies to recurring contract clients and is subject to the following conditions:
- The concern must be reported to OC Janitorial within 24 hours of the completed service.
- The concern must relate to cleaning tasks included in your agreed service scope.
- The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
- The guarantee applies to one re-clean per visit per concern reported.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can deliver the highest quality service, clients agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the facility at the agreed service time.
- Notify OC Janitorial of any hazardous materials, restricted areas, or special requirements before service begins.
- Secure or remove any irreplaceable, fragile, or valuable items from cleaning areas.
- Provide accurate facility information when requesting a quote.
- Make timely payment according to the agreed invoice terms.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon in the individual service agreement between OC Janitorial and the client. Standard terms are net-30 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. OC Janitorial reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances beyond 30 days past due.
7. Cancellation Policy
For recurring service contracts, either party may cancel with a minimum of 14 days written notice. For one-time or scheduled cleans, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of OC Janitorial.
8. Insurance and Liability
OC Janitorial carries one million dollars ($1,000,000) in general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team during service, OC Janitorial will work with the client to assess and address the damage in good faith. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item up to the limits of our insurance policy. OC Janitorial is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed to us prior to service.
9. Website Use
The content on ocjanitorialca.com — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of OC Janitorial and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use of the website.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OC Janitorial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United
States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms
OC Janitorial reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
