All keys, access codes, and entry credentials are stored in a secure, access-controlled location — never left in vehicles or taken home by staff. Access is limited strictly to the assigned cleaning team for your facility. All entry details are treated as confidential and are never shared with third parties. Clients are asked to notify us promptly of any lock or access code changes
Damage Policy
OC Janitorial is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our team follows industry-standard care procedures on every job to avoid damage to your property or equipment
In the rare event of an incident, we follow a documented reporting process: the issue is logged, photographed, and reported to the client within 24 hours. Coverage applies to damage directly caused by our cleaning activities; pre-existing conditions or damage from faulty client equipment/fixtures are excluded. Full damage and liability terms are outlined in the signed service agreement provided to every client
